The 1st Loughborough Boys’ Brigade is part of Trinity Methodist Church which is situated on Royland Road near the town centre, and also part of the national Boys’ Brigade organisation: https://boys-brigade.org.uk
The Company was formed on 15 August 1938 at the former Swan Street Methodist Church and moved to its present location in 1966 when Trinity was completed.
The Company meets on Wednesday evenings in Term time in three sections:
The Anchors and Juniors meet from 18:15 to 19:30 and Company & Seniors from 19:15 to 21:00.
The Brigades Marching Band is a joint band with members of the 1st Loughborough Girls’ Brigade and meets for band practice on Tuesday evenings from 19:00 to 20:30.
